+ NEW VACANCY + CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR Leading Construction Company TAX FREE Saudi Arabia Up to $95K USD +benefits Our client is a Middle East leading Construction/Engineering company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They are present in over countries and are a very well respected company to work for with excellent future career opportunities within the organization Major Duties and Responsibilities • Perform all administration activities related to signed contracts with external parties within the Project Management & Operations department, this includes (but is not limited to):  Contracts payments processes  Change orders processes  Claims administration processes  Material change requests  Contracts filing and archiving processes  Other related activities ► Ensure that all contract obligations are understood, agreed on and adhered to by all parties involved. ► Monitor contracts progress and payment status and ensure that appropriate reporting of project contracts status is provided. ► Ensure that all contracts administration activities (i.e. payments, change orders, claims administration, material change requests, etc.) are updated and registered in the Consultant / Contractor Management system in order to ensure proper contract audit and management. ► Report any contract breaches and non-adherence issues to the Procurement & Contracts Management Manager. ► Perform all filing and archiving activities and ensure that all contracts documentations related to the Project Management & Operations department are filed and archived properly. This should include documents such as (but is not limited to):  Payments vouchers  Change orders  Disputes  Claims  Other related documentation KEY SKILLS • Contracts management experience • Communication Skills • Flexibility • Initiative • Organizing and Planning Skills • Problem Solving • Self Confidence • Teamwork ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience. • Good knowledge of the principles and practices of contracts management. • Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character. • 5+ years of experience; which has been in Projects/Construction/ Building Materials or Supplies • International Experience BENEFITS: • Tax free earnings up to 30k SAR per month ($95K USD per annum) + Benefits • Benefits include: Accommodation + Transport allowance + Healthcare + 30 days Holiday + Return Flights • They may pay slightly more for high caliber applicants FIRST RESORT GLOBAL RECRUITMENT Leaders in Worldwide Executive .com
